ECC is directly leaded by a group of individuals, with help of permanent and temporary coworkers. It is very important to decide as soon as possible how to create the legal body (trough public call direct with establishment) that will be able to start with coordination of programmes, human resources and foreseen investments already in 2008.
Organisational structure outline: A) Executive body The leading group is structured by 3 persons: manager in charge for the content, manager in charge for finances and general manager. The executive body will name the coordinators of individual logistic sectors and will deal with its own administration.
B) Administration board
Administration board as consulting body will estimate programme and project proposals before confirmation. Administration board is enlarged leadership of ECC without executive authorization.
C) Supervisory board
To supervise the consumption of resources the independent international supervisory board must be named with the high knowledge of Economy of Culture.
D) Programme Council
Programme Council is constituted by experts for different fields of culture according to the proportional regional key. Programme Council is coordinational and executing body of ECC.
E) Council of regions Council of regions is constituted by regional public authorities or by their authorized experts.
