In this chapter the Documentation Centre of European Capitals of Culture provides a communication platform among organizations and their members dealing directly or indirectly, exclusively or complementarily with the Institution as a whole or the separate European Capitals of Culture.

The organizations are included in this section upon agreement; the lists of their members and respective contact details are provided to the Centre and updated on their responsibility.

In addition to the members of Organizations and Networks, in a separate list, all  actors of the European Capitals of Culture, representatives of national or local authorities, representatives of organization bodies, artistic directors, international relations officers or other staff of the organizing entities, or other organizations dealing with the European Capitals of Culture, researchers etc. can be attributed the status of “associated member” of the Documentation Centre that will administrate the contacts.
