What About Europe?

The longterm cultural goal of the European Capital of Culture project familiarizes the diversity of European people based on civilization and is mutually inclusive to provide for an open communication methods, which were established by a set of conferences.

With its timely question-entitled “What about Europe”, “Patras 2006” organized three conference themes: “Culture and Mass Media”; “Science and Culture” and “Politics and Culture”. These conferences elicited and addressed questions to find solutions for the effective cultural union of Europe. During these conferences, active participation by representatives from the culture sector, Mass Media, politics and science, and students were present.
