EUROCITIES warmly welcomes the recent publication by the European Commission of an extensive study on the economy of culture in Europe and is pleased to see that the strong link between culture and economic development is underlined in the study. EUROCITIES is looking forward to seeing how the results of the study will be used by the European Commission for further developments and proposals.
