In the context of a conference organised by the European Institute of Cultural Routes for the Luxembourg Presidency of the Council of Europe (21-22 April 2005), three round tables were organised in order to foster discussion about the relationship about European integration (the theme of the conference) and respectively, new technologies, quality and research and management tools. This document proposes to summarise the round table on Research and Management Tools and use the points brought to light to suggest amendments to the Luxembourg declaration as expounded in the conference programme.
